BACK THE MISSION

Some walk the trail. Others make sure it’s there.

Why give?

  • Participant Needs

Backpacks, tents, sleeping systems, boots, weather layers, safety gear, and simple formation items provided so participants can step onto the trail at no cost to them. Access is not determined by finances or experience.

  • Trip Execution

Permits, transportation, food for multi-day trips, medical and safety supplies, and other unavoidable costs required to run each experience responsibly. Giving allows these trips to be executed without passing costs on to participants.

  • Planning & Oversight

Route planning, risk assessment, navigation redundancy, communication tools, and leader preparation—covering oversight before, during, and after each trip so experiences are led well, safely and remain free to participants.

Stewardship Policy

Funds are stewarded with restraint and accountability. Spending is planned, necessary, and reviewed. Overhead is kept low without cutting corners on safety, leadership preparation, or execution quality.

Resources are directed toward participant access, trip execution, and responsible planning. Participation should not be limited by finances.

Financial practices are transparent. Questions about the use of funds are welcomed and answered directly. Contact us.

“Learning to stay present in difficulty—to give problems to God and ask for strength—matters more than I realized.
That’s how you endure mentally and spiritually.”
